Annie Mist Thorisdottir comes from Iceland's Reykjavik. She co-owns Crossfit Reykjavik where she also coaches and trains. Annie is the first woman ever to win two CrossFit Games. Annie was second at both the CrossFit Games of 2010 CrossFit Games and the 2014 CrossFit Games. Annie Thorisdottir (Islander) is an athlete in weightlifting CrossFit as well as a popular media personality. The media acclaim she earned came from her becoming the first woman to have won the two CrossFit Games, in 2011 and 2012. In 2013, and in 2017 she took home the Dubai Fitness Competition. Annie, along with parents and her siblings, were born at Reykjavik Iceland. Since a young age, Annie was a huge sports enthusiast and loved working out. She was awarded numerous medals at school events. Her first participation was time in 2009, in the CrossFit Games in California, where she did well. Annie Thorisdottir in 2021, was 31 years old. Her height stands at 5'7" and she weighs around 67kg. Annie started CrossFit Training in California in the year 2009. Annie had an impressive performance at her very first games. She ranked at the top of the list in 70 competitors. The team did not achieve any success in this tournament and she ended the tournament with a score of eleven. In 2010 Annie finished 1st in European Regionals Qualifier. The same year, under Jami's coaching she won the silver medal at the CrossFit Games. After a year in CrossFit Games, Annie won her first CrossFit Games. Her dominant performance earned her the title. Annie's exceptional performance in 2012 brought her to a second CrossFit Games victory. This was the second time she was able to win consecutively. Additionally, in 2014, she was awarded a silver medal and in the year 2021 she won the bronze medal at CrossFit Games. Annie coaches and train with her team at Crossfit Reykjavik that she started. Annie is an aspiring athlete who has been the face of many brands such as Reebok Rogue Fitness Transparent Labs, Nuun Hydration, Renaissance Periodization as well as Sidekick Yerbae. A few thousand people subscribe to her self-titled Youtube Channel where training videos, travel vlogs and family videos are shared.
