David Muir, an American journalist, anchoring the ABC News magazine 20, is known best as the anchorman of World News Tonight With David Muir. The program, which is characterized by its dramatic video footage celebrity gossip and animated gestures has become the most watched newscast in America. Made In America, his Emmy nominated show, is another one of his contributions. Before taking over ABC World News Tonight he was the anchor of choice for his predecessor Diane Sawyer. His maintime reporting to ABC News include Breaking Point: Heroin in America, Flashpoint: Refugees in America.
